Late starts
The girls in the ‘van were notoriously slow starters often requiring coffee and/or breakfast in bed before arising.
Occasionally we did get away early, but there needed to be a carrot – Here we were invited to a late lunch at friends in Bideford – Bernard and Angela – just made it!!
